1、 經(jing)過研磨(mo)后的工件表面,尺(chi)寸精(jing)度可(ke)(ke)以(yi)達到IT4-IT1級(ji);表面粗糙度值可(ke)(ke)減小到0.1-0.0006μm。形狀精(jing)度可(ke)(ke)相應提高。
2、 生產(chan)效率比較低,加工余量小。
3、 研磨劑易飛濺,污染環境。
在(zai)現(xian)代制造(zao)業(ye)中,研磨應用非常廣(guang),許多精密(mi)量(liang)塊、量(liang)規(gui)、齒輪、鋼球、噴油嘴、石英(ying)晶體、陶瓷元(yuan)件等零件均需研磨。
