硬質合金精密加(jia)工的(de)(de)研磨是(shi)用研磨工具和研磨劑,從工件(jian)上研去一(yi)層(ceng)極(ji)薄表面層(ceng)的(de)(de)精加(jia)工方法。

研磨的精密加工方法具有(you)以下特點:
1、 經過(guo)研磨(mo)后(hou)的工(gong)件表(biao)面,尺(chi)寸精度可以(yi)達到IT4-IT1級(ji);表(biao)面粗糙度值(zhi)可減小到0.1-0.0006μm。形狀(zhuang)精度可相應提高。
2、 生(sheng)產效率比較低,加工(gong)余量(liang)小。
3、 研磨劑易(yi)飛濺,污染(ran)環(huan)境。
在現代制造業中,研磨(mo)應(ying)用非常廣,許多精密(mi)量塊、量規(gui)、齒輪、鋼球(qiu)、噴油嘴、石英晶體、陶瓷(ci)元件等零件均需(xu)研磨(mo)。

拋(pao)光(guang)是利(li)用(yong)(yong)機械、化學或(huo)電化學地作用(yong)(yong),使工(gong)(gong)件(jian)獲(huo)的(de)(de)光(guang)亮、平整表面的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)方法。拋(pao)光(guang)是安(an)排在工(gong)(gong)件(jian)精(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)之后進行,拋(pao)光(guang)之后的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)件(jian),粗糙度(du)R值可達0.1-0.012μm,并(bing)能明顯增加(jia)光(guang)亮度(du),但是不能保持原有的(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)。
